How do I register my downloaded Xbox 360 copy of DA:O when I don't have an UPC code?

I also have this problem but for DA2

I've talked to three advisers tonight, and they've all basically told me they cannot help me and this is Xbox's problem. I've gone to Xbox support, and they tell me they only have the confirmation code that is produced by Xbox showing I made the purchase online, but they don't have an EA games product code that would allow me to register my Dragon Age: Origins game.

I've literally spent over 3 hours trying to get a product code for registration on a game I purchased via Xbox live, and I just don't know what else to do because the 'advisers' for EA games tell me they can't help me at all. This thread seems to indicate that EA can help me, and I realize I'm being excessively whiny here, but could you help me?

Is there anyone who could help me with this situation?

Yeah I've been having this same problem for the past hour or two. This seems to be one of the only threads that actually makes sense of whats going on. Its kind of annoying you can't register when you digitally download though, I wish I had known earlier it's a real downer.

Is there a possibility I can get this info too? I know I'm super late to the party, but I've been trying to get my copy of Origins that I download on xbox live registered for a while. Thank you.
