How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition

same here! my console is ps4!

i am very furious! i paid for more than 10 USD to buy a deluxe version but nothing in return! you want to give me back my stuff when i complete this game? how ridiculous it was! i want to get the money back!!

I laready past his point, and i already received the bog unicorn and red hart, but am still searching for my Flame of the Inqusition Armor and weapons and Soundtrack. You explained that i should return to base and check the hut, by base do you mean any base at the hinterlands or anywhere? and does the hut have anything specific so that we could easily recognize it. Sorry for the questions but already paid in full and i expected EA Games team to deliver as i been waiting for this game for so long.

Same problem i face. 

I'm so glad i wasted my money on the deluxe edition because i can't even get the supposed DLC.

I own the Pc version and did not get my pre-order weapons; I am at least grateful I did not waste money on the digital deluxe version this time out.

Help, same problem...

Console PS4.. 

It says that there is only 1 add-on (size 9.2 MB), downloaded and installed...

But when i woke up at the hut, i cannot interact or open the chest... Are there any other add-on that we're supposed to download? If there are, my ps4 doesn't detect anything..

Please fix this issue, we paid for this stuff.. (redownload and reinstalled both the game and add-on, tried to reset license, still no effect)

Same here Xbox One. I've played through the intro twice. No weapon in the chest and Haven. Instead of Flames of the Inquisition I recived some Dragon Armour, Shiels and Sword. On the second time I uninstalled and reinstalled the DLC. Same problem I recived the dragon armour, sword and shield in the chest no flames.

I don't know if I should go ahead and play or wait till EA fixes this.
