How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition

EA Any update on this?
Its been past 24 Hours already and I still can't find my DLC items, I still can't interact with the box and where exactly do i find the stables o.o??

I have the same issue. I bought deluxe edition but dont see any deluxe weapon and arm. Even I back to hut for searching but get nothing. I cant interact with the black box! I got the 2 mounts though. Pls fix it asap and get me my deluxe items!!!

Same issue here. I have the deluxe edition and there is no option to open the black chest inside the hut in Haven. My add-on is only a single file of 9 MB, labeled as "Delexe Edition Items".

I hope you can fix this.

I downloaded the Flames of the Inquision bonus content on my origin account, found the chest in haven and got a staff called "Staff of the Dragon" and a light armor piece called "Light Armor of the Dragon" ...are these supposed to be the Flames of the Inquision bonus items listed on my account as "Flames of the Inquisition Armor and Flames of the Inquisition Weapon?" Will they change to say medium armor and two daggers if I made a rogue to play thru instead of a mage?

How or where do I get my "Flames of the Inquisition Armored Mount" as well? This wasn't in the chest in the building when I woke up in Haven.

How or where do I get my  Red Hart or Bog Unicorn mounts that are listed under the "Dragon Age: Inquisition - Deluxe Content" that I also installed? These were also not in the chest when I woke up in Haven.

I'm having the same issue.

I was able to redeem my code, and my DLC is in my Marketplace Downloads, but when I try to download and install them, they won't download or install. They will go through the motions, but when I check my Games list, the DLC bubbles do not show up. I tried contacting EA about this, and they told me to contact Gamestop because my code was supposedly invalid. 

If my code was invalid, why did the Marketplace take it?

Nub and Gist, code redeemed, DLC won't physically download.

EDIT: Alright, so I ended up calling Sony, since Gamestop cannot do squat. The PS3 specialist suggested I run my PS3 on safe mode, reset some settings, and re-install the Marketplace. I then asked if the problem could be on EA's side, and he said it was a high possiblitiy since they had been getting a high influx of calls about various EA games.

Funny thing is, that i never had inside my game box, or even get any kind of promotion code for any content, even tho i pre ordered it and was promised to get some "awesome weapon pack" **bleep** etc. There's only one code inside the game which is game serial number to register it on my account. So the question is... where, how and when i get this promotion content huuuuh?

Wel I was able to claim my codes but like all of you guys I'm also stuck with the chest I can't interact with -_-
and I really wish I could get sound track too :catindifferent:
