How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

- I live in Asia, bought the deluxe pack which is $10 more than the standard one. Redeem and downloaded the code n pack, went through the tutorial n couldn't get my items(cannot interact with the box). Went through so many time n nothing changed, now I am stuck at whether to continue or wait for an update from the EA team. Quite disappointed with this screwup as I had been saving up for this game.hope they solve this ASAP.
Yesterday evening i was finally able to open the chest and to loot the Weapon and the armor. Maybe the EA Guys needed some time to get the stuff to haven ;-)
but thats not the problem, hell yeah the staff and armor are **bleep**, i found in the first two minutes of the game equip with better stats. I will never buy any "deluxe" package in the future. **bleep**!I got the same problem for the inquisitor edition on PC

Chest still non-interactable . . .- I brought the delux edition for the PS3 and I brought the hard back gamers guide that would give you another mount and a ring. Put the code in to my PS3 and I only got the flame weapon and armor things. I can't seem to find anything else! Where are my mounts? I paid £70 for it all and I can't seem to get what I paid for!
- It seems, that the other items just appear later in the ongoing story.
- As startet in an other thread, even deleting the game, reinstallation, renewal of licences etc. were unsuccesful.
Phonecall to support was even More frustrating. They told me, that the DLCs are shown as active in my acc.
More help couldn't be granted!!!
