How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition

Same problem here. I got the bog unicorn, red halla and throne in skyhold, but i can't interact with the freaking black box where the flames of inquisition arsenal is supposed to be at.

This is my 2nd playthrough already and still can't interact with the box...

I'm on PS3.

it seems like that ea just doesnt care about this "unable to get the deluex item issue". i had talked with an advisor few weeks ago.....they said there will be an update patch for this known issue, however, nth is coming up this past few weeks. Also, the advisor said they cannot help me on this issue, and see if we can get any feedback from posting in answerHQ, but for this past few weeks, no one from ea has ever try or reply on the post or any post other ppl posted. I guess we just spend extra money for nth. reli disappointed.

EA continues their history of DLC that are not delivered.

For example NHL 13 Stanley Cup edition: If you had the standard NHL13 game and bought the Stanley Cup edition: you could not redeem the DLC codes. 
A know issue by EA. They promised to fix it. 2 years later and its sill not fixed. In that case I payed 40 dollars for some DLC that could not be redeemed. 

In DAI have not been able to redeem any DLC too. On 2 different platforms. 

I havent even tried my 200 dollar collectors edition codes. But let say that does not work: 240 dollars + for DLC codes that does not work. Funny times. 
EA just laughing in our faces. Because we are suckers that will still buy their games. 

Oh... If you pirate the PC version: you get all DLC and it works = Pirates have good customer service. 

EA should actually show how to pirate the DLC  to solve the problem... 

Ok, so i don't know if people are still encountering this problem or not but I haven't started my 2nd playthrough yet. I did however only purchase the Deluxe Edition upgrade closer to the end of the game so I found it to be rather pointless at the point in my current Playthough.

In Any case, the "Flames of the inquisition" stuff is just mislabeled. It's all "Dragon" this and "Dragon" that. For me, the chest in Skyhold is in the Underkeep. Right beside the Armor Crafting station. I'm a warrior so I had things like "Heavy Armor of the Dragon" and "Shield of the Dragon" added to my inventory. On top of that, I also received the blueprints to make them myself. Seems that at this point even crafting them is useless as the base damage/defense of these items are so much lower than my current equipment.

Mounts, I had to go to the stable. I also installed a few other packs so I had to go to the war table to get the rest. So far everything seems ok though in terms of actually getting everything, just that they are all very under powered.

So...which hut in Haven is supposed to have this stuff?  I vaguely remember a chest I couldn't open, and after a frustrating few minutes, decided to get on with the game.

Has EA/Origin not fixed this problem YET?

I bought the deluxe version of dragon age on ps4 pro and completed the tutorial waking in haven. I opened the chest as told and no flames of inquisition items at all. There was a dragon dagger and dragon armour. How the hell can I get my items.

Those ARE the Flames of the Inquisition items....

You seem to be playing a rogue, so you get dagger and should be medium armor.  Later in story, you should be able to unlock the armored mount...(when you have unlocked riding....) and you should get schematics to craft higher level gear at later game base too.

If you are playing a warrior, you will receive weapons and armor for them too, also for mages when you play them, but it isn't a huge stash that gives you weapons for every class when you play.  If you have the golden nug, you may can craft the stuff, but since most of it is limited use to the Player, it doesn't really matter most times.

So it looks like you are doing ok for your DLC.
