Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. To contact an EA Advisor directly you will have to go to:
http://help.ea.com/contact-us
then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".
Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic
When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA
The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:
Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.
I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative.Why would EA want to talk to anyone, they have your money already, its all they care about.
I havent been able to access the game all day on my PC, I have tried several times today since it is my day off from work with no success. I can connect to Steam and can play Battlefield 4 but of course not DAI.
At least give us the option to play the game without having to connect to a stupid server, I dont play multiplayer so I have no need to access their server.

In my experience, EA is the publisher with the best customer support. I love Steam, but their support is frustratingly bad. With EA support I've usually managed to solve my issues within minutes when using the live chat option.
