how to activate the DLC that downloaded with Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY edition

And to answer your question, it's accessible via War Table, but you may need to be connected to the EA server (you should have at the main menu that option).

I tried to select the correct content area but my mac would not do it - I could only choose EA-General Questions. I did try.
