Have you tried scrolling the mouse wheel forward, sometimes that breaks the tactical mode for me, since most of the time I accidentally scroll back to far and enter it.
You can also try using left ctrl button to resume time and sometimes help.
Other then that just T is how to exit
Well, thank you for the response, but the interface behavior is very inconsistent.
There are two pause modes. Tactical and Pause. You can enable them both, which is confusing as hell sometimes.
