Game was running OK to begin with but as soon I reached the forest, the FPS drops are drastic. I'm currently playing it with GSYNC on and my monitor is a 1440p 144hz. Rog Swift monitor to be specific.
My system should easily run this and I have both AA options off.
3970x overclocked 4.4ghz
TITAN SLI
32GB RAM
And it's running on an SSD.
Same problem for me. Game was running ok at start high to ultra. Then after couple of mins i noted fps drops. so i putted it on medium even on low too see if that would help. But it didn't change a thing.
This is exactly my problem, no matter what settings I changed it doesn't make a difference and I don't have this PC to play around with settings lol.

Just curious, but do you get crashes to desktop on your higher-end system? Mine is a few years old, and I'm plagued by the DirectX crashes everyone is talking about. I'm wondering if the folks with the better GPUs are free of this.

Yeah as soon as I got to the forest my FPS went down by about 15 overall, but I just assumed it was because there was so much more content to render in the forest because of all the grass and trees and water and etc. My i7-4790K + GTX 780 SC 6GB gets about 30-40 fps on Ultra settings with 2xMSAA and post processing AA on Low. I thought my fps would be closer to 60 honestly, especially with the optimized driver.
I mean with TITAN SLI I'm just about gettin 30 sometimes 40, it's a joke and I have the last two graphic options off!
Yeah, the Hinterlands killed my Titan, too. I only have one, but still.
If I turn literally everything off/down to Low, I can get just under 60 FPS.
What?
Maybe the TITAN is one of the affected GPU's DAI Twitter account tweeted about?
