I can't download free DLC Destruction Map

Just checking a few things with you.
First, you do have the full game downloaded, correct?
Second, have you checked to see if your region was affected by the removal of the game and refund? (You can just google search this)
Lastly, have you tried starting a ticket with EA support? You can change the area in the top right hand corner to match your region. I know it's not as fast as live chat, but, with some patience, it may be worth it.
Thanks for the reply, I tried to change region too many times, did not work so far. I will try sending a ticket again.

@kotobank147 How does the issue manifest exactly? You should be able to grab Destruction (and Dragonslayer) from the Extra Content menu for the game. Can you download Dragonslayer(the other free pack)?
Click on your DAI in your library in Origin, then the Extra Content tab. Scroll down and try to add them from here. If this doesn't work, how exactly does it fail?
Thanks.@EA_David:I bought the standart edition and I also have Origin Access. When I click download for Destruction Map DLC, Origin wants me to activate the DLC, requires a key. I already own the game, though. I tried to re-enter the game key, but it did not work. I sent a ticket, they told me to re-install the game, but it still does not work. The DLC does not even show up in my library, as seen in the image.
Please help me, I can't play with other people unless I have this DLC.
