I can't find Lelliana In Skyhold

I've been playing the game for days. She was at the 3rd floor where she breeds crow on the first arrival and been there for a while. Since After getting her quest to save her agent, she was gone from the next time I went there. I chose templar side, so she should be there. She hasn't been around since then. I can find other NPC(s) and party members place but I can't find Leliana. Is that a bug or am I finding her at the wrong place?
