I can't register games on Bioware Social Network :{

(English is not my native language, sorry for any grammatical errors).

Hi. I have this problem with Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 2. Games are Xbox 360 versions (bought in EU, Poland). Upon trying to enter my UPC code (located on the back of the game box) I get the error "Code is not valid for game".

I tried many times and finally contacted an EA Chat Agent. He told me to register these games on Origin so that registration on BSN will not be needed. However I can't register these games on Oriigin, the keys don't work. Is this even possible with Xbox 360 games? (I don't play on PC for a long time). I've already searched the forums looking for answer but didn't find any.

This is strange, I can see DA 2 and ME 2 on my list of games on BSN, even my game characters are there. But I can't register games anyway. I don't have this problem with Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 3. Is there any way to register these games if codes are not working?

Thanks for any help.

    It seems to me the games are already registered, which is why it no longer accepts the game keys.

    I can't register these two games from the time of purchase. These are new copies, not second hand (all DLC codes work well). Nonetheless contrary to DA: O and ME 3, DA 2 and ME 2 are not on my "games registered" list. And from what I know, many people have this kind of problem with Bioware Social Network. I have no idea what can I do.
