i have no dialogue in my trespasser dlc

What system are you on? If PC, do you have mods? 
Have you installed patch 11?
Have you successfully played Trespasser (on any character) before this issue? Do you have another character you could test, to see if it's an issue with your whole game or just one character?
By 'restarting' do you mean 'loading from a save right before the bug', 'loading from a save from before I started the DLC' or 'quitting and restarting the game'?

I am on Xbox one, it installed a patch I am guessing it was 11, it installed the other day.  I have not played it with any other character I could try it on another game. I have not tried it with another game. I have a save from when I am still at the Winter Palace, but I noticed after watching a video on youtube.com that I have no dialogue before entering the first Eluvian when I am following the blood trail. I have noticed that the load times are averaging about 5minutes total, I don't know if that is part of the problem.

I'm on PC, so I don't know how long load times should be on console (perhaps add XBox One to the title of your thread? Might help get more console-orientated people in here). 
When you say you have no dialogue before entering the Eluvian, do you mean you don't have a conversation with Leliana after the Exalted Council? Or just the generic background conversations when you're following the blood trail? 
Have you tried bringing different followers through with you?

Try another character (if you have one), at least it should help find out if it's a problem with your character or with the whole game. 

Thanks for your help, my other game which was a move over from Xbox 360 works fine, which means my 190+hour  game is corrupted- absolutely figures. After Leilana finds the dead qunari there is no dialogue- no talking, no comments about the qunari falling over the ledge. But thank you again for your help, the perfectionist in me will probably re-do the other game at some point in time.
