What system? If you got it for a console PS3/Xbox, then the DLC is already included on the disc. There's no activation code. When you put the disc in, there should be a seperate option that says Dragon Age Downloadable Content and when you click on it, a section should open up to download the DLC from that.

This is a digal purchase for PC. I read somewhere that GameStop sends the codes in an email, but it never happened.

Hiw long ago was the purchase? It could take up to a week (business days) to recieve an email. Sucks I know but its just how it works :/

The purchase was several months ago, but I didn't install the game until recently. My only theory is that the activation got sent to my spam box and was deleted before I saw it, unless it never got sent at all. I don't think I've seen any messages from gamestop in my spam box.

I am. I posted here as well because another user claimed that EA retroactively activated their DLC when Gamestop failed to do so.
