I sold out all halla' s statue...Is there any way to recover them?(spoiler)

first thing I'm sorry for my english but it isn't my crountry first language.

This contains a spoiler and I don't know how  hide.

My problem is that among other mistakes I made in the game that cost me agents  I sold all the halla's statue before finding out the side quest that requires them...

Another question... In that same place of the quest I think there is an order for lighting some fire...

I found a piece of paper with that order I think but i found out later the thing and I don't remember the title..

Should I write on paper the right order when I do again the same thing?

Ah I'm sorry I thought another question that could be a spoiler... Is it normal to have  more quarry and woodstook that you need?

Because I want to know if there is a way to put them  to good use like secondary  improvement upgrade, weapon and so on...

I am actually afraid that they could just occupy space in the inventory... which cost me in the first place the selling of the Halla's statue
