i start to play dragon age 2 and it crashes while i'm fighting enemies??

so i recently bought dragon age 2 and was so excited to play it except it crashes at the beginning when cassandra's asking varric about the champion of kirkwall its frustrating me and i'm getting up...

@Sylaisee Hey, I assume you're using the Origin version?

Can you try right-clicking the game panel in Origin then choose the repair option?

If this has no effect, please try updating your drivers and restart your machine with a Clean Boot, then take another run at the game.
