"In the Saddle" [The Hinterlands] quest bug

I started this quest as soon as it was available. I did the first two races and then got sidetracked with other quests. I came back to it several, several ... several hours later and now when I talk to Seanna, she asks "Ready for the next course?" and I enter a conversation but nothing happens. I have no options or anything. 

Looking at the quest in the Journal, my completed objectives are "Complete Seanna's First Race" and "Report back to Seanna". And then I have to pending objectives: "Report back to Seanna" and "Ask Seanna to set up the course." It looks to me like the game never credited me with completing the second race when I did it the first time. I remember being pulled into combat during the course of the race (could that have effected it?) 

At any rate, I just got the game yesterday and I've spent all of my time trying to finish The Hinterlands before moving on. It'd be a real shame if I couldn't finish ONE quest in this region because of a bug. (Why no abandon options?)
