In Your Heart Shall Burn Won't Start

I started playing Dragon Age Inquisition a few days back, but now when I click on the war room table to start the In Your Heart Shall Burn quest, the game has a major problem.  I select my party but ...

    Never mind.  I fixed it.  Something got screwed up, so I had to reload an earlier save.  No problem since.
