Inquisition banner crown

I just found out about this, I captured the fortresses in the following order: Hssing Wastes, Emprise du Lion and finally Crestwood but never got the banner crown.

I've captured them in all orders but never seen the Inquisition Banner Crown.

I think that the Bug is that the game dont register one of the Keeps as captured, hope it gets fixed.

I find it quite disconcerting that no one up till now has found out what precisely seems to cause this glitch, or if there's any way of fixing it that doesn't involve trying to retake every single keep all over again. Hell, I can't believe that no one's even made a mod to fix this problem. Surely someone knows a way to fix this, or at least to forcibly unlock the damn thing retroactively.

I use this community for several of my games for mods, rather than steam workshop.

Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Witcher 1&2, X : Rebirth, DA: O/A, DA II, DA:I.....

Thanks for that, but I've already tried looking there, even put in a request in the forums. On top of that, I even looked to see if Cheat Engine had anything that could force unlock Skyhold customizations. Alas, even that didn't have provide any solutions. 

I tried reloading to just before I raised the flag on the third keep (the order I did was Western Approah, De Lion, the Crestwood) and the still did not recieve the banner crown. Looks there is no work around.

The other problem that happens because the game doesn't seem to recognize you've captured all 3 keeps is you don't get the Liberator Achievement

I'd like to see a work around for this, I would really like to get all the achievements
