Had the same problem with none of the proposed solutions here working. The file causing the issue for me was the 2008 VCREDIST/C++ file - it seems there was a similar issue with sim city and battlefield 4 through origin download. You need both the x64 and x86 files for the install to work correctly - there's an Origin help page here: http://help.ea.com/uk/article/your-vc-runtime-package-has-not-installed-correctly-error-troubleshooting/
Easiest way is to find the 2010 VCREDIST package through windows (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328) and install this x86 file into the same directory as the 2008 file. Alternatively, you can find the files from a successful download through origin (again in the _Installer folder) and copy them to the Inquisition folder.
Hope this helps!
Apologies for the copy/pasted addresses, am updating from my tablet.
