Dragon Age Inquisition says Origin is offline but it isn't and I am signed in.
I set my DAI executable for windows 7 compatibility mode and right clicked to run in admin mode and voila, it works!
DA:I is very sensitive to temporary internet loss. If for >5 seconds you temporary lost Internet, DA:I already DCs. Origin sustains the connection a bit longer hence why you still are online with that then. Considering it can happen with even the best of connections, only thing you can do is reconnect and watch your connection and see if it's an one-time only thing or regular.
It is not a connection issue,origin itself is online ,but in the game proper you get the fore mentioned error.
