Installation Failed

Hi,

I recently downloaded the DLC The Stone Prisoner, however when I tried to start the game I recieved an error message that some .dll file was missing, it further advised me to try and re-install the game.

I have now tried several times in uninstall DAO & Awakening (which my pc states in no longer on my system) and installing the game without success. After each installation attempt the computer aborts towards the very end by saying that "Installation Failed: A data file is missing or the disk has been removed"

I am currently running Windows 8 64-bit.

has a solution for the "installation Failed" problem been found. I purchased the game at Gamestop and played it before. Now it won't install  -- same system!
