Invalid license. Missing DLL 0x000000c1

haven't been able to find an answered version of this question, but I just got Dragon Age 2 and Inquisition, and I go to boot up Dragon Age 2 for Christmas and I am greeted with this ) I wasn't...

thanks that worked for me as well

just a note i also ran the repair and got an error on the Directx component of the verification.

this seems to be a consistent problem with the bioware games running on Windows 10 after a re-install.
