Invisible Glitch
So while at Haven, I go up to try talking to Cassandra (just after the visit to Val Royeaux) and she's invisible, rendering her unable to be interacted with.
I'd earlier had the same issue with Cullen at the Keep after his back-and-forth with the Chancellor, but his moving position (to near where Cassandra is) seems to have resolved this.
And I should add that she's still present in the game's world - I'm able to run full tilt into where she's located and not move position, it's just that she's invisible.
Edit: And, for some strange reason, walking through the gates into Haven proper then back outside brings her back into view and interactivity. Definitely an issue that needs addressing, though.
