Is it possible to obtain Dragon Age: Origins and 2 DLCs on EA app

Unfortunately, because you only own the "Standard edition" re-buying is AFAIK really the only option here. 

DAO Ultimate Edition is 4,59€ in my region on GOG right now , you might want to check that out.
