Is there a way to increase the size of screen text in DA: Inquisition?

I like what I can see of the game so far, however even though I have a sizable television I am still squinting to make out the menus and text in the game. I am suffering from watering eyes and headaches which remove the "fun factor". I have tried making the screen image larger and adjusted the gamma but each raises a new problem. HELP! - thanks.
