Issue with Celene dialogue at the Winter Palace [spoilers all]

So this is my second play through.

On my first play (which I recorded), Celene reveals that she believes Briala only loved her for her influence when I give her the pendant Briala gifted her in her apartments. Then, when my inquisitor tells her that maybe she kept it because she still love Briala, Celene answers “Yes. That’s not reasonable, but heart doesn’t always dictate reason” (note: not playing in English so I translate approximately).

Yet on my second play, I have a complete different narrative despite choosing the exact same dialogues options. This time, Celene tell me that past like many things isn’t on her control (instead that Briala loved her for influence), then, instead to answer that she still love Briala, she said that “Maybe yes, but I can’t priotize her before citizens of my Empire. You can throw this pendant away, it means nothing anymore for me”.

I don’t understand why this change. I believe I chose the same dialogues as before, and tried to do things in order as much as possible. I have 100% approval.

Tried to talk to Briala before and it change nothing.

As for Briala, dialogue isn’t the same either. On my first play, when I talk to her in the balcony after meeting her in the servants hall, she greeted me friendly. But on this play, she tell me that she wonder how many people mistook me as a servant, which normally (on first play at least) only happen if I talk to her before meeting her in the servant hall.

Is it a glitch ? Or did I missed something?

I play as Lavellan on my two plays so it can’t be that either.

Will it impact the final scene and ability to reconcile them ? On my first play I had Briala duchesse of Dales ruling behind Celene and I intended to do the same, as, although I have read the Masked Empire, I am scared Gaspard would get ride of her at first occasion if inquisition is disbanded for example.
