I spent some time on it and I can tell you, that you can do that yourself, but it will require a bit of tweaking from you.
And 100% sure EA will not help you with different region language, many people were already down that road.
Here are the tips on how to do it yourself, but here it is about english language: (Page 16, and more refined on page 17 I think)

Yeah, that is the biggest problem.
Everywhere i can find english files, but not the portuguese ones.
You know, in my mind it doesn't make any sense. They have all the files. We just need them to share that.
I just want to use something that the game already have, how it can be that frustrating?

It says that the game is not eligible, but i bought less than 7 days and played less than 24h!!
Now i am definitely screwed.

I do have the game with brazilian portuguese subtitles, but...
The whole game is packed into 21 *.cas files and there's no separate files for individual languages...
I could help, if there is a way.
Could you please send the files:
GDFBinary_pt_BR.dll
br.sb
br.toc
most of them are inside the __Installer folder.
Put in some zip and send through mega/4shared/mediafire/whatever.
