Issues with Dragon Age Inquisition Subtitles / Language

I have bought my game in the origin, because everywhere was talking about the game comes with portuguese subtitles, but the problem is:

I am living in Chile, so in the Chile Origin downloads the Dragon Age Inquisition without portuguese subtitles.

So i just realized that when i already bought the game.

I looked around to find some solution, and i have found loads of people with same problem.

So can you guys release the language packages officially or not officially, just to allow me and thousands of people to play the game in the language that we want to?

They did the most difficult part, that is the translation, just able us to use that.

I have bought the game on a "physical media", on the box it says: "game in english with portuguese subtittles", the box is on portuguese, i live in Brazil, my Origin acount region is set to Brazil and I DO NOT HAVE PT_BR LANGUAGE OTPION WHEN INSTALLING THE GAME. Sorry by the english.

Resumindo pra quem tb é brasuca. Comprei a mídia física na Americanas e no caixa dizia "jogo com legendas em portugês". Se fosse duma nuuvem ou centralkeys da vida até eu entenderia... indignado com a suituação.
