Issues with Shard Collector quest.

So, I'm at the point with the doors in the Oasis that I can just about open them, however it seems I'm missing 10 shards...the problem here is I have collected every single shard, I've even went back through each location and checked all the Oculariums and each of them say 0/0.

I've also looked through the collections tab on my Journal and the two locations that don't have all the shards are the Storm Coast and Emerald Graves....but once again I went back and checked each location, each Ocul and all of them said 0/0.

I've been to each location that you can explore, pretty much only have 2 main story missions to go...yet I can't finish the quest due to 10 shards being bugged out and not counted as being collected, and yet at the same time being counted. 

So if anyone has any idea how to fix this, that's be awesome cause I've put like 80 hours into the game and while I'll play through the game again, just don't want to waste my time if the quest is somehow screwed up or easily glitched out. 

Also, for those wondering I am on the Xbox 360, everything else has been running fine, no quest issues or anything, first real problem I've ran into.
