Jaws of Hakkon Broke Game (XBox One)

Hello! I’m playing on XBox One. It seems that the Jaws of Hakkon DLC has rendered my game completely unplayable. My game first recognized the DLC when I started playing, but now it fails to do so. Now, whenever I try to continue in my game an error screen pops up telling me that the DLC is missing and needs to be downloaded — even when it isn’t. Uninstalling and reinstalling the DLC worked for awhile, but now that trick no longer works. This DLC really shouldn’t be available for purchase if it can cause these sorts of huge issues.
