JoH: Hakkon's Trials Quest Bugged PC

I believe my Hakkon's Trials quest is broken.

I spoke to the trainer to initiate the quest and fulfilled the requisition at the req table. However, when I went back to the trainer, the same 'you need to have an offering' dialogue was still there. I checked the journal, and it's says that I have the silverite and everite, but that I still need to requisition it from the table--odd, but I went back to the table.... it's not there. I checked my inventory to see if it was in there somehow, I checked the merchants to make sure I didn't sell it. It's just gone.

Of course, I don't have an old save to go to from before I talked to the trainer, so I think I'm SOL.
