@MikelLoki76 You'll have to forgive us when it comes to the repair option, being around these boards so much it's easy to forget that not everyone is familiar with Origin.
As for the different game version thing, that usually happens if you try to load a save using a lower patch version than the game was when you saved it. The most common cause of this is if you remove your mod folder (as it raises the patch number for the game by 1, so the game uses the mod folder instead of its own patch folder, if that makes any sense). Did you recently do a new mod merge, or remove your mod folder for any reason? It also may be related to you having uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
If you have mods installed, try going to your game install folder (by default C > Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > Dragon Age Inquisition), go to the Update folder, then the mod folder (by default it gets named Patch_ModManagerMerge), open package.mft using notepad and increase the number next to version by one, see if that fixes it. Helpful to keep a note of what the version number in that file is, there are certain places in the game where you may need to remove your mod folder (DLC areas, especially), and you'll have to set the version in your patch folder to match so you can load your save. Which brings me to the other possibility, if you had mods installed and have removed them, go to the Update folder, then the Patch folder, and increase the version number in that package.mft file by one instead. The joys of modding with this game. 😛
If that doesn't help, could you please post a screenshot of the error you're getting? Might help us figure out what's happening.
