@clonepet Your computer does not have a dedicated GPU, Intel integrated GPUs do not meet the minimum requirements (always a good idea to check out before buying a game, it's on the store page for the game 😉 ). However, that usually doesn't cause a crash on launch, so it's possible there's another issue, though it might be difficult to figure out what.
Just to make sure, you haven't installed any mods? Not using any command line arguments? (If you don't know what I'm talking about, then no, you're not).
Have you tried repairing the game? (Right click the game in Origin, select "repair game").

10 years agoI have not used any mods because I have not even get the chance to play the game. Sadly that may be true ☹️ , yes I tried repair from origin.
