Can't unlock rewards on keep for PS keeps saying "Oops an error occurred Please refresh the page and retry" I've done all the troubleshooting steps, and I've refreshed the page multiple times but still won't work pls help. Also, I've tried it for DA inquisition and DA2 and neither will let me claim rewards for PS.
Community ManagerHey, @MasterofDragonz Ive reported a few things to the team. Sadly with this error, there wont be a set of steps that fixes it because its more of a site backend issue than a login issue on the players end.
Most of the time it is some type of corrupted data or sync issue. You can try from different browsers, on a different device with different connections which sometimes works but really it will be just different ways of trying to get this to work.
