[Keep] - Oops! An error as occurred. Please refresh the page and retry.

I decided a few weeks ago that I would replay the dragon age trilogy. I've finished origins and I'm really close to finishing 2. Within that time, I've tried multiple times to get onto the keep. And it seems to just not work. I have:

  • Tried on different browsers
  • Tried incognito mode
  • Tried incognito mode on different browsers as well (edge, opera, Firefox)
  • Reset browser cache
  • I have also waited for about 3 weeks, maybe more to see if the error would fix itself

I am personally at a loss for things to do, any help would be appreciated!

  • @EA_Shepard Hey! As of right now the keep seems to be working perfectly for me! Thank you for all of your help. I've tried on multiple browsers just incase
  • @EA_ShepardThe Keep is still not working for me (same "error occurred" message), although I did get the white screen and {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"redirect_uri is invalid","code":102111} upon logging out, which was mentioned earlier in this thread. I don't recall getting that error previously.

    I appreciate your hard work.

    Hey, all

    Are you getting the oops error when you log in, or when you go to a certain part of the keep? I logged in just now on 2 browsers on and off a VPN. I did not get any error message so I hope it is working for most.

  • @EA_Shepard Both. As soon as I hit the "proceed" button, the loading screen pops up before I get the "oops" message. If I try closing out the message and going to any other part of the side with the side bar, the same message still pops up.

    Hello!

    I've been experiencing this very issue for a long time now, probably close to a year, and I have a thought. I've played the Dragon Age games on and off for years, and I have also allowed several family members to use my PC to play them as well. The last time I was able to log in, there were a lot of characters in my keep. Could it just simply be that there are too many toons on certain accounts and it times out trying to load them?

    I ask because my daughter now has her own copy of Inquisition, and a fairly new account, and she has no trouble getting into the keep. I've tried every solution that I could find online and nothing works. Is there any way to delete character data?

  • @EA_ShepardSo, still getting "Oops, an error occured" message, and and invalid redirect when attempting to log out, however sometimes refreshing redirects to "https://dragonagekeep.com/jsdata/" with a bit of code that reads:
    <html>
    <head>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    if(window.opener) {
    window.opener.location = '/en_US/account-check';
    window.close();
    } else {
    window.location = '/en_US/account-check';
    }
    </script>
    </head>
    </html>

    Hey, Everyone

    Reached out to some folks on the Keep. They are going to be taking a look at it on their end and see what all they can get done. With support being so limited with the Keep, it may be a bit before it gets updated.

    Eyes are on it again though, so hopefully here soon they let me know what we can do for it.
