I keep trying to delete old heroes that I don't use or need and it keeps failing. Only Origins seems to have this problem; every time I try it says Oops, an error occurred: Please refresh the page and try again. Refreshing the page does nothing, of course. There is no support option given, only the response that I should refresh and repeat, again and again unto the end of time.
It's already turned into a disproportionately frustrating support experience, due largely to this awful chatbot that keeps trying to reroute me to Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle Earth support sites, and there apparently not being any official support for the DA Keep. Is there a way to actually delete these, hacky or otherwise, or am I stuck?

i just tried deleting a da:o hero again; the issue is the same as when i made the thread

Mobile device log-in - Do you also get the same or different errors?
i tried this on pc (edge), iphone (safari) and on a samsung phone (chrome) — all of them give the same exact error
