for context, i have 8 heroes currently in the da:o part of the keep (they imported automatically into the keep when i first synced the account, + this was around 8 or 9 years ago); thus, i have characters that i never used / copies of them and i'd want to keep only one (from my first ever completed playthrough). problem is, when i try deleting them, i just get the 'Oops, an error occurred | Please refresh the page and retry'. I tried deleting a da2 hero and that worked, so i don't really understand what's going on here. is it an error? is it my account? i just want to reorganize things for my current playthrough.

hi, i just tried again and it's still not letting me delete them; i keep getting the same error as before.

I keep trying to delete old heroes that I don't use or need and it keeps failing. Only Origins seems to have this problem; every time I try it says Oops, an error occurred: Please refresh the page and try again. Refreshing the page does nothing, of course. There is no support option given, only the response that I should refresh and repeat, again and again unto the end of time. It's already turned into a disproportionately frustrating support experience, due largely to this awful chatbot that keeps trying to reroute me to Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle Earth support sites, and there apparently not being any official support for the DA Keep. Is there a way to actually delete these, hacky or otherwise, or am I stuck?

I see the response that it's probably not going to get addressed anytime soon but regardless, for the record:
Edge, desktop: was what I started with that produced the error
Firefox, desktop: same error
Edge, mobile: same error

Thanks! I will follow up on this, but after my last conversation, I noticed that there wasn't much happening as no one could reproduce it then. Things are busy with DA: TV, so the Keep isn't high on the dev's list of issues. That being said, this may take a while unless many more players tag onto this thread.
I know manpower is an issue but given that the Keep is how you get worldstates ready for Veilguard, I am a little surprised at that logic. But regardless thank you for looking into it. If they need someone with more time than sense to keep trying so they can pin down what's going on I'm more than happy to submit myself for this role lol

Hey, @Kumquatwhat I totally understand where you're coming from believe me. After a decade of supporting BioWare, I have seen many things happen and not happen. I have the keep on my list of issues players have that I'm following up on. What will happen is anyone's guess, so I am hoping that I get some type of good news. But the Keep is an old feature now so resources on it are limited. That causes issues with getting resolved all the time.

I think it has to do with Origins servers no longer being up.
