[Keep] Dragon Age II rewards, not syncing

So forgot to respond in time to the previous post

But your solution won't work for me, as I am on Xbox series S and even back on Xbox one it didn't sync.

Any other suggestions?

Hi @ShadowOnyx013, We have been able to test this on and off and it appears to be one of two things. Sync issue, or corrupted saves syncing to the console, or the platform being used. Sadly, with DA: TV the keep is a low priority and not much is happening with it. They are trying to get it updated but with the new series content being worked on, it may be a bit before this is updated on the site.

Hey @ShadowOnyx013, Is it just one of them like Sir Isaacs armor, or is it any of them from the page that you are not able to access in the game?

Sir Isaacs armor, Evra's Might, amulet of ashes, Ivo Family Crest, Evra's Trophy Belt, and The Irons.
I started a new playthrough to confirm and theses are the ones that didn't show up even though I have them marked in Dragon Age Keep to receive on xbox
