[Keep] My Dragon Age 2 playthrough does not show
Hi everyone. So, I have a DA2 playthrough that does not show in the keep and so I can't link it to my inquisiton. A couple things to know:
The progress did show in the keep at some point but not anymore. Also, I have been playing the game all april until like the 27th, however, since the 12th of april I haven't been able to enter the game through the app, only through the direct access, and the data such as last time played or hours played has not updated since.
I have been playing the game in my brother's account because I did not have the games. I only bought them all about 2 days after finishing dragon age 2. I started that playthrough on my brother's account, but once I entered the game, I logged in to my account hoping for the data to update to my EA account. Half-way through the game I realised that I couldn't play the DLCs because I didn't own the games with my account and were "unauthorised", so I logged in to my brother's account and kept playing. Now, the playthrough does not show on either of the two keeps
@guillermoostos There have been some issues with the keep that have since been resolved. On the issue of the data not being there, the keep nor the game was meant to have more than one user share the same data. You can share saved world states but when playing the game on one account and moving to another using the same data is something that can always cause issues.
The good thing about the keep is that you can manually go in and make all of the choices. It takes a while, but at least it is better than everything being wiped.
With content though, if you played on account A that has the DLC and swapped to account B that is not entitled, that is where you run into issues. You have to own it on account b as well. There is no real way around that one.
Circling back to the keep. What you can do is log into whichever account, play for a bit, then log back into the keep with that same account and go through the process of syncing all data and decisions.
On the left, go through the replay start up and sync up again. It may drop it in there but if it were two accounts, you may have to manually do it.
