Ladder missing in Grand Villa Fortress
So, I was trying to get all the mosaic pieces in the hinterlands, and found 11 of 12. However, when I went to get the last one (in the grand forest villa's tower), I found myself unable to reach it because the ladder that lets you get to the third floor (the first floor that's only accessible by ladder) doesn't exist. Watching a youtube video of the collecting of that shard shows that the ladder should be there, but in my save file, it's not, rendering the final mosaic piece inaccessible. Any help?
