Live wallpaper on PS4 causing problems w/ DAI?

I don't know if this is a PS4 or DAI problem.  While playing DAI (PS4) if I press the PS button to go back to the dashboard temporarily, I'm seeing a video glitch on the far upper left portion of the screen, like a light transparent small bar of some dots & lines.  Not extremely noticeable, but is there, also in the far upper middle portion of the screen.  Only with Live wallpaper on, like the boat on the sea one, or white rectangular one, if I switch back to the standard blue flow, it's gone.

Also, and this may be related, is anyone else having an issue when comparing gear and seeing the red/green bars signifying decrease/increase, having the red bar flickering somewhat?  Only the red one, not the green, this happens everytime just about.  Also, once in a while if I fast travel and see the "Traveling" pop up, the first few letters flicker and get a little screwy.   Haven't noticed this problem with any other games as of late, so, I dunno..
