Login not possible Dragon Age: Origins 2021

Hello, I just downloaded Dragon Age: Origins with the EA App (Beta). When I want to Login in the game to my account I get an error massage that says there is sth. wrong and I should try a webside (...

in my password i use a-z/A-Z and numbers , tested it myself yesterday and the game still connect, this is on PC .

@drkmstr77 ok, I will try it again and reply if it works. But like i already said I changed my password so that it has no symbol in it. Just a-z/A-Z and 1-0 or should the password only be a-z ? I will try again, and then change my password withought A-Z or 1-0 just with a-z. Maybe it helps. thanks so far 🙂

@drkmstr77 Hi, thank you for your answers. Yes it is that solution with the password where we should not use symboles like +-#/ etc. After I change my password with only A-Z and 0-1 it first didn't worked, now it works. I guess you have to restart EA-App or Windows that it works, since my post here I didn't changed it again and it works now. thank you, goodbye :-)

  Hi, I had tried what everyone said and looked over the old thread. It didn't work. When I read yours and you said to restart the EA app, I was able to log in but when i try to assess the DLC it says the servers are currently unavailable.

    @Fernau15 Hi, If you already logged in and it works every time then I think this is an other problem to access the DLCs - maybe the server are down or sth. You could start an other topic with the problem as title. friendly regards
