I and one of my friends still having the same issue. We have played one game together (private) a few days ago. We always connect to a tunngle VPN to exclude network specific issues. This worked for the first time but never again. We both are able to connect to other players via fast search.
1: cable
2: everytime i try to join a private game with a friend without the first one that worked
3: Can only play in the late evening CET
4: PC
5:Router setup is with enabled uPnP
6:The first Game connected via Tunngle VPN worked one time but never again
