Lost Product Key for DA:O and DA:OA

I bought Dragon Age: Origins and Awakening a long time ago and have lost my product keys. In my EA account I still see my Dragon Age: Origins on the account but when I install it and try to log in it prompts me to input my product key for the origin account. How can I go about getting a new product key or getting past this because I would really enjoy playing the game that I purchased all those years ago. I've already looked through the other email I had at the time and I do not see the product key from when it was purchased so if it had been sent in an email it has long since been cleaned up.

  • @Wisendorf Hey, wanted to follow up with you on this. A few years ago, the Origin client converted almost all old DLC to digital entitlements on your EA account. So, going from Origin to the EA App cannot remove what your account owns. There was some content that was not implemented into the App yet but would still be on the account.

The only caveat to this would be if you owned content on another platform like Epic or Steam, Those entitlements are different. When you go to the game in the EA App, and you click on the additional content, do you see it listed there as purchase, owned, or download/install?

There is also this link https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/dlc-for-classic-games/ which may also help with this one.

  • Anyone going to respond to this or try to help out? No one else I can contact? I'd really like to play the game that I purchased.

I have the same problems as you.It started when I downloaded there new app. That erased my old EA and replaced it with this new thing. Now I can not play any of my old games because they want activation codes. My games were bought as dititial downloads so I do not have boxes and so far no help from EA help. Just a catch 22 thing.
