afteri go in to tavern first time it's ok but the second time nopthe game crash

First, could you try running DAO as admin and close all the application that might be stopping it from running correctly? Don't forget to use the repair option in Origin as well 😉

Have you tried turning your graphics settings down to the minimums and/or "Windowed mode" until you get past the crash point?
(Also... I know it sounds strange, but you might see if there's an updated driver for your sound card. Some CtD events are triggered by sound FX.)
