Made graphics settings too high & can no longer open game.

My Dragon Age: Inquisition game worked perfectly on my computer, loaded and all, until I changed the graphic settings too high. It recommends restarting the game when you do that, so I did, and now I'm unable to open the game at all. It'll lag, then send me a DirectX error saying a bunch of gibberish. I'm at a loss. 

I entered -W into the command line and tried relaunching it a couple of times, yet it still won't work.

I have a Windows 7 laptop with the requirements. Like I said, the game DID work until I messed it up.
