I need the solution please. My friend just got the game today. He's tried a lot of the other work arounds and nothing works. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

If you're running the game off of Origin. Right click the game icon in Origin game list and select repair. Let it run completely takes about 3 min. or so. This fixed the game for me. Hope it helps all of you. 3/29/19
