    I downloaded Origin and installed it with that. After that it started working just fine. Thanks anyway!

@alhunghunghung Thanks. Is downloading Origin and using that an option you'd consider?

If not, I'm not too sure how to troubleshoot the Amazon installer, but the next step I'd take would be to try running it as an administrator.

Downloaded Origin and tried.  Same error.

Run shortcut as Admin, still not working.
