Mark of the Assassin bug

I've been attempting to start Mark of the Assassin post-game. I have patch 1.04. When the initial cutscene with Hawke and Varric being ambushed in Hightown ends, none of the enemy assassins are host...

Have you tried playing the DLC with a prior save? Do you get this with all saves or only with this one?
